• LadderUp LLC, a for-profit business services company
• The LadderUp Initiative, a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
   

Each entity operates independently and provides different offerings, as outlined below.

LadderUp LLC provides business formation assistance, administrative filing coordination, document preparation, and educational resources to support business owners.

LadderUp LLC:

• Is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory service 
• Does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice
• Does not guarantee approval, processing speed, or outcomes for any filing

All filings are subject to review and approval by applicable state or federal agencies.

The LadderUp Initiative is a mission-based 501(c)(3) organization that provides educational resources, program access, and funding pathways for eligible participants.

Participation in nonprofit programs:

• Does not guarantee funding, grants, or financial assistance 
• Is subject to eligibility criteria, availability of funds, and compliance requirement 
• Does not create a client relationship or paid service agreement
   

LadderUp LLC provides administrative support, document preparation, filing coordination, templates, and educational tools related to business formation and compliance.

We do not control government agencies, processing times, or third-party providers, and do not guarantee outcomes.

LadderUp is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory service. All materials are provided for educational and administrative purposes only.

Clients should consult licensed professionals for legal, tax, or financial advice.

All service fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Government filing fees, registered agent fees, and compliance fees are billed separately.

Service fees are earned upon initiation of work and are non-refundable once processing begins. Full payment is required before filings are submitted.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information. LadderUp is not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties caused by incorrect or incomplete client-supplied data.

Correction or amendment fees may apply.

Registered agent services may be coordinated through third-party providers and are billed annually.

Failure to maintain an active registered agent may result in penalties or dissolution. LadderUp assumes no liability for non-renewal by the client.

Participation in The LadderUp Initiative:

• Does not guarantee funding, grants, or financial assistance
• Is subject to eligibility, availability of funds, and compliance requirements
• Does not create a paid service or client relationship

All content, templates, designs, and materials on LadderUp.us are the exclusive property of LadderUp and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. 

LadderUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 

By using this website or services, you agree to these Terms. LadderUp may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
